One shoeless needs replacing (as pictured) and I just damaged the inner poly lining while dusting them with some water. Not water resistant! I’m generally an 8.5 but these are a size 8. New "vegan" versions say to size up but I can’t recommend that, since these are vintage and genine leather and a true 39. They still fit my 8.5 long feet. I measured the length inside. It's 10" long.
