Nice light weight jacket that could be used as a top. It is Pushpa brand that is new with the tags. The jacket is a black material. There are numerous appliques that are a bright city scape on the front, back and on the end of the sleeves. There are metallic threads throughout to give it a bit of a sparkle. It has a nice weight and feel to it. The size is a small, but it looks like generous sizing. The outside is a cotton and the lining is a rayon. There are nice black buttons down the front.
