This is a beautiful 1960’s Marshall Field & Co Crème Mother of Pearl Structured Clutch. Snap closure with brass rim with a natural cabochon at the closure. There is a side attachment likely meant for a wrist attachment. Made in Italy for Marshall Fields. Interior is hand glazed to the hard shell interior. All the mother of Pearl tiles are in place.
