Studio M Dress 

I call this milkmaid style: wide contrasting bands at square neck and under chest. Gathered skirt under chest. Ruffly sleeves and hem. Simple and easy, but so adorable. Pull over style. Size M measures 38 at chest, 42 under chest, fuller skirt, 50 at hips. 37 long from shoulder to hem. This looks good without trying. HB
