Size U.S. 31 Measurements: Waist: 15 1/2 inches across(31 inch waist) Rise (top to crotch): 9 1/2 - 10 inches Length (crotch to bottoms): 28 - 28 1/2 inches (they seem a little longer than that when I have them on.)
