mdi99 @yanm1008 so not really. docs are tough. I am a true size 8 and these are snug without socks. but when I buy 8s they are big

mdi99 @yanm1008 no clearly I wore them a lot. they are over 10 yrs old. my foot got a little larger during pregnancy and they are just no longer comfortable for me. but I think they are still best for a 7.5 foot.

mdi99 @yanm1008 I just treated myself to anew pair on Amazon. Size 7 in the try before you buy. the link is below. they were a bit bigger than my old ones. perhaps because they are unisex. I still put on two pair of thick socks and walked around in the house slightly painfully for about an hour and did some stretching. now they fit very comfortably with no socks and a little snug with one Thin pair of socks.
