Banana Republic Black Pencil Skirt - Size 12

Slit in the back. Great condition, no pulling seams or rips/stains. Worn at the natural waist, hits right at the top of my knee (I’m 5’7) Selling because I quit my professional job to be a SAHM. The first image is a Banana Republic black pencil skirt, but I'm not sure whether it's this one. It's the closest I could find on google images.
