sharonronkin It did not come with a long handle for over the shoulder. The suede is faded. It does not look like the picture. How can I return it?

sharonronkin The purse was not sent as the pictures shown. The pictures make the bag look a vibrant blue when in fact, they are gray and worn. There is no strap that accompanies the bag. And I want to return it. I just received it yesterday.
