This vintage dress from Victor Costa for Saks 5th Ave. features a sweetheart neckline, and waist. It was created in the 1980's and is a duplicate of a dress from the 1950's. Black lace over nude beige slip with full crinoline under skirt. Can be worn on shoulder or off, it has a black satin secondary strap. The corset has stays. It is considered a puff gown because of the crinoline. Depending on your height it should come right below your knees. Perfect for a black tie event, date night to the opera, holiday cocktail parties, or perfect for a New Years Eve party. Don't miss out on this gorgeous dress.
