@michandro9601 Hi yes I can absolutely ship today my USPS is good about getting things out within a day, however I can't guarantee delivery timing as I have no control over that! I'll do my part. :) 15.75" is the measurement.

@michandro9601 Yes I agree it does run small...for me Zara always has! It has an open back so a little stretch, but not much. If it helps I wore this when I was a size 10/12.
