Tag states it works best in UV light (see picture) Purchased at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA in October 2022 and has never been worn or used. Diameter is 7" Green chain strap measures 16" Purple crossbody strap has not been measured as it is in a plastic bag but you can see on the tag picture it is much longer and adjustable :)
