Warm winter boots with shearling lining and cuffed. Leather laces keep these tightly closed when laced up. I would say these feel closer to a women's sz 8.5 when socks are worn so if you are 8, 8.5 these would be great. Tiny bit snug on my high instep sz 9 foot. Amazing boots!
