oskarek765 The material has some stretch to it… so it really depends on how the ruffles lay on the chest if it makes sense;) Laying flat is 22.5, but it could easily stretch to 23.5 and when I checked pit to pit of the back ( when ruffles are not present) it actually 21.5;). So I would say it’s approximately 22.5! Please let me know if You have any other questions!
