I ran in these Hokas every other day, 5 days a week, for approximately 3 months. There are not any rips or tears to the upper or inside lining. They have been washed & are ready for a new home. They would be perfect for casual use. ***Size stamped men's 7, which is the equivalent of a women's size 8. The insole of a women's size 8 shoe is the exact same size as the men's size 7.***
