Malcom Starr Vintage 1960s Hand Beaded Yellow Silk Chiffon Dress Size?

There is no size tag so please use the measurements if purchasing for wear. Waist is 26" Hips are 32" Waist to hem is 40" Shoulder to hem is 55" This dress is GORGEOUS, but there are some flaws. I've pictured all of them - a handful of loose beads, small spots on the bodice, & small holes in the folds of the skirt. I've chosen to disclose the flaws rather than trying to fix them as I would rather someone who knows what they are doing work with the flaws versus someone who is just making best guesses.
