Complete resistance workout band set. Card deck lets you create various workouts for both your body and booty. 3 booty band and 4 body bands help achieve optimal resistance. Each deck comes with a case and each band set has a plastic pouch, great for travel. It's a great set but I prefer other workouts. Note, lightly used but I did break the hinge for the body deck case, see pic. It still works, but you have to be careful when you open it.
