It is a gouache of the Red Room in the White House, and went out to 60,000 supporters, friends and family of President Ronald Reagan. It reads "With all best wishes for a joyous Christmas and a peaceful New Year from the President and Mrs. Reagan. 1982". Very good condition; frame with some small nicks. Great Christmas gift !!!
