Blue Floral Midi Dress

Blue floral 3/4 sleeve pleated dress, barely worn excellent condition. Worn once, doesn't fit well now post-baby. From Nordstrom Rack, brand is Collective Concepts, polyester etc. This is an XS but very stretchy, just going to be a busty dress on a C+ cup. Has attached slip (see pics) and slit at side. Tie waist. Price set to reflect desire to simply rehome to someone who will wear it - not to dump at a 2ndhand store and hope for the best. All items will get a final wash before mailing out!
