My mom got me this and I actually like, hung it up because it was a cool art object but in no way is this something I have anything to coordinate with. It's time for it to find it's true purpose on someone's neck. And line enough ago for my mum to forget I have it. I feel like the pictures have most of the info you need here but feel free to ask questions. I know the colorful pieces are glass, and it has a pleasing weight. I believe it is sterling silver but I am not entirely sure, again it feels heavy and quality, definitely not any plastic. It hasn't lost any lustre hanging around in the sun, as colorful as the day I got it. Can't ask mum about it cause, again, that would remind her it exists, and I'd have to wait another ten years to sell it. It's a cool statement piece if these are your shapes and colors. I'm more of a silver studded skulls kinda gal these days. Original price also a total guess based mostly on who my mom is. Feel free to make an offer!
