**PLEASE READ** I had this bag for 2-3 weeks when it was damaged by an oil diffuser. My bag was sitting on a desk in my bedroom overnight. I went to grab it the next morning and realized an oil diffuser had been knocked over and one of the panels of the bag was sitting in a puddle of oil. The oil stripped away the paint on the leather in one corner of the bag and stained the cream colored strap. Obviously devastated, as this bag is otherwise in perfect condition, I took it immediately to the Louis Vuitton store to find out what my options were. From there, they sent the bag in to assess the repairs needed. It was quickly sent back and deemed unrepairable. Because the bag was brand new, Louis Vuitton replaced the strap with a brand new one. These straps cost $500 alone. Both straps are included. The corner of the bag is now missing paint and feels a little tacky to the touch. It also now smells like the oil diffuser. It's otherwise brand new and was used for less than a month. Sad day for me. I figured I would try to recoup some of the $$ lost and sell it here at a large discount. These bags new are $4800 plus tax, so if you don't mind the damage, it's a steal of a deal. Poshmark will validate authenticity before shipping to you. Dust bag included.
