Vintage 90s y2k Evan Picone Witchy Cottage Red Paisley Fall Maxi Skirt

Absolutely gorgeous long skirt by Evan Picone! This 90s/y2k gem has all the parts of the perfect autumn skirt with deep red, brown, and tan, and a floral paisley that looks every part of a cottage witch. It is lined and has a slight flare at the bottom for a lot of movement and twirling action! It's not quite a true maxi, it come just past the knee/mid calve. It has tiny little belt loops for a cute sash or thin belt. Side zipper closure. It's marked as a 12 and measure about 15.5" laying flat. It is 100% rayon.
