Handsome Mid Century Hat Navy Felt Swooping Feathers

Handsome vintage hat for fall and winter. In navy felt, it has a traditional rolled brim and rounded crown design which is enhanced with swooping group of red, green iridescent, deep blue and black coq feathers. The curved feathers are on the left side and curl for a 13" swoop. A felt tab holds them in place. A wide gauge veil shelters the brim, but does not extend to the face. There is a label that reads Ruth Ann Design.
