unisex Black Puffed Zip Up Coat Small

used this for a couple years but just never fit right the hood just didn't fit right around my head I'm 5 ft 4 in it's a it too big for me. may need a second washing as it been in closet for a while with dust I believe I paid much more than 30 for it way back a few years ago but don't have receipts I noted small spots on the back as shown in pictures features 4 pockets in front draw string hood zip up button enclosure not sure if it's a woman or men coat so refer to measurements measurements 30 in from top of shoulder to bottom hem pit to pit 23 in 30 in from top of shoulder to bottom of sleeve if you have any questions let me know thanks
