Nicholas K Unique Rare Cropped Pleated Poncho Jacket Overcoat Tie Closure

Jacket is unique but very cool. See photos for different styling options. It cinches and has a tie on the inside to close the jacket. Looks like there might have been a draw string that went through the hood and front at one time but is missing.
