They have a full elastic waist band with a tie at the waist to cinch smaller if needed. They are soft and extremely stretchy and have a relaxed fit. They have two front long patch pockets for 10 things (lol) and two back pockets. The bottom is elastic and they give on the leg, so they are not tight anywhere . They have a Zipper and metal button closure. Judy blues are a plus size 20 W they are relaxed, comfortable, and something you would put on if you have a long car ride , flight, shopping, someplace to go where you want to be really comfortable.
