missing insoles?

@classybella00 Nothing is missing. I never wore them. I purchased them at the Shoe Fly in Altoona, PA. They are still in the original box.

I just looked at them and I see what you saw. When I purchased them, I also purchased separate insoles to give me additional balance. They are removable. I'll bet that the salesman put the heavy insoles in the shoes and did not put the original ones in the box. However, that is an easy fix.
