You will be getting a NWOT Set Never Worn The top has adjustable straps and fits more like a medium—- p2p is about 16” The bottom’s are probably what makes this set a “small” as they are short (see photos) but are SO darling with the ruffle bottom and there is also a tie to adjust waist.
