bettybogda The packaging was very nasty and worse, it had a sticker that listed price as $68.00 down to $39.99. Very disappointed as this was bought off a bridal registry and I would have been embarrassed giving this gift as it was received.

psaa400 @bettybogda If the package was damaged in transit please submit a claim with the USPS as they handle anything related to package damage once I drop it off at the post office. Again sorry for experience and hope my feedback helps in this situation

psaa400 @bettybogda Hello, thanks for your feedback. The blanket was brand new when I sent it as shown in the photos. Many of my items are bought in pallets and wholesale lots so I don’t really know the pricing of each item in stores. My apologies for not removing the sticker before hand.

bettybogda It wasn't the outer package. It was the thin plastic bag it came in that was tied in a knot at the top, and ripped in a couple places, and with the price tag attached, it would have been very embarrassing if I didn't see it before the bride. Also the UGG tag had what looked like sticker residue on it that was stuck to the nasty thin bag, that I had to peel away causing another rip. And now the UGG tag is nasty too. Good luck on your business, sounds like you have a good thing going.
