Strapless sparkle dress

Condition: excellent, tried on and washed but never worn Info: Essue black strapless mini dress with sparkles. Ribbon ties at the back. No padding in the bust. 100% polyester. Top hem to bottom hem approx 25". Story: I don't remember where I bought this, and I really don't want to sell it, but I need to downsize my wardrobe. It's so pretty and would make a beautiful New Year's or holiday dress.
