Super cute and soft House of Harlow 1960 dress. Front buttons are clasps and are all there. Great condition. Only flaw is bottom layer of the dress has a slight yellow discoloration as shown in the last pic. However you can’t see it when you’re wearing the dress since the top layer covers it
