There is no boning but the waist cinches to create a beautiful hour glass shape. There is elastic at the shoulder and the wrists, which creates a fitted yet ruffled look. This top is no longer sold on the Love, Bonito and is in excellent condition. It is made of 49% Rayon / 17% Nylon / 34% Polyester.
