They run true to size the circumference is 14 inches, the height in the front from the bottom of the boot is almost 20 inches, in the back is 18 1/2 inches. In the back of the boot is elastic and the front is leather. It is a true 8 1/2. There is also a 6 inch zipper on the side of the boot. The heel is 1 inch and a quarter.
