90's Velvet Collar Plaid Cape

Absolutely gorgeous 90's handmade cape. I love the colors of the plaid and the velvety black collar. This is so perfect for colder weather. I believe this was handmade and done well. I don't know what the plaid fabric is, it feels to me like a wool blend and is a medium weight. It has a silky lining. It buttons up the front. The sides have one point of closure with decorative buttons as arm holes and the rest of the cape is open. This cutie is in great shape overall. No size marked, fit is very open. Modeled on size 12, 5'11". Approximate flat measurements: 46" across the arms end to end 29.5" shoulder to hem
