Vintage Salem 90’ Rosebud Print Blouse W/ Ruffle Neckline & Cuffs Cottagecore S

Ravishing 1990's rosebud print blouse with dramatic ruffle neckline trimmed in delicate crochet lace. Blouse has small plastic buttons up the front to a V-neckline with flounce ruffle details front and back. Long, cuffed trumpet style sleeves with single button closure and crochet lace trim. Fabric is an ivory-colored polyester with red and green rosebud print. Made by Salem, blouse is labeled a vintage size 7/8. Would best fit a modern women's size extra small to small (please see measurements below). Blouse is in great vintage condition. No holes present, a few very minor flaws.
