6 inch inseam. Worn very few times with undergarments and always air dried, these shorts were purchased this year and still look brand new new. I kept hoping they would fit but I ended up needing to purchase another size. I converted from long Rogas to High Rise long Rogas and will never go back! See others in my shop as well.
