Navajo Elsie Yazzie Sterling & Turquoise Clip On Earrings (Item K25) Elsie Bernally Yazzie was born in 1921 in New Mexico. She was part of the Navajo Folded Arms Clan and was an active silversmith from the 1940s to the 1990s. 9 of her 12 children are jewelry makers today. These earrings have beautiful stamp work, rope trim and gorgeous turquoise set in a bezel. They are signed by the artist and are stamped "Sterling." They are approximately 1.5" tall, 1" wide and weigh 26 grams. These earrings are truly exquisite and have no flaws. Thanks for visiting my closet!
