@yhwh_lives hi! Yes it has hooks. It doesn’t have a brand, as this was the garment given to me by my plastic surgeon after outer thigh Lipo. It is high quality! I can take measurements when I am home but for reference I am 5’4 and ~140lbs and it fit nice and snug.
