WHBM Floral and paisley off shoulder embellished sleeve top

This top can be worn on or off shoulders, there is elasticic, it would be a very wide neck if not pulled down. The sleeves have a lace inset ribbon and then a different pattern in a fluttery bell shape. This is in good condition except what seems like possible discoloration on the front- hard for me to say if it’s just the pattern and how the light hits it but barely noticeable. Also the tie at the neck seems like it flops too much, may need either a stitch to attach better or remove it altogether depending on preference.
