Sparkle skirts/ boulder athletics brand. White and black floral with lots of shine and shimmer. Has black shorts under the skirt. This skirt is new never worn. I took the tags off to wash it but have had it packed away. The shorts have pockets on each leg and there is a small zipper pouch at the waistband of the skirt.
