lisaschloemer @janekuhne7 Hi , it is 24 1/2 from the top of the waist band to the end of the hem. The fabric is substantial or at least a medium weight . I just went in to pull off the rack to measure and it reminded me when i grabbed the hanger . Let me know if you need anything else . Let me know if you want me to pull it and save it for you . I will discount it for you .

The one thing that regret not purchasing was your leopard print coat… I had several opportunities but I never bought it. I guess some things aren’t ment to be. lisaschloemer @janekuhne7 You’re so kind to say that . I had way too much stuff and I have enjoyed knowing that the clothes are going to people who appreciate them. That coat was pretty on the hanger but I was too short for it. It made me look huge ! I did better with a solid color .
