mrsmith747 Thank you boss! And blessings to higher education....we can't do nothing without it. My son who is 21 was supposed to go to UCF for Sports Medicine. He told me he wanted to put it on hold and get into real estate getting his 1st property or 2 so his assets can pay for his school tuition rather borrowing a loan and having to work to pay it back when your assets can pay back the loan. Just something to think about.

mrsmith747 Not a problem boss. Look into DSCR/ FHA/ FHA 203K/ or USDA LOAN. And if you can get a property where you can stay in 1 unit and rent out the other units which is call ( House Hacking.)
