WHIT NYC Dara Dress size 6 (but fits like a 4)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @franfrank. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Excellent condition. I have this same dress in a size 4 and wanted to get a size up, but this size 6 one fits exactly the same as the 4. I assume it has the wrong size label.
