This is well-aged vintage yarn art. It is boldly colored yarn on a burlap backing. I found it in a shop in Montana which is home to the Blackfeet, Crow, Little Shell Chippewa, Assiniboine, Groge Verne and Confederated Salish and Kootenai. It has a slight 3D tactile effect with the bushy, soft yarn that protrudes as feathers.
