In the black little circle you can get notifications, set alarms, read messages, track steps and heart rate, and more! In the 100% circle on the bottom, you set step goals and it shows you how much you’ve accomplished each day. It also sleep tracks via the free Withings App! Love this watch so much, I upgraded to the Scan2. If you’re looking for a (previously loved) amazing watch to try out Withings, give this one a try for cheap! I will throw in the charger! It holds a 2-3 week charge and is waterproof so can wear in shower, pool, etc! Has some scratches on the face (don’t affect use!) band is worn as shown in photos
