New Spark Paws comfort control dog collar in 1.5” snow cone color/style. There are two little holes for the name plate I installed on the collar but my dog was stressed out by the thicker collar (first time wearing a 1.5” collar). She tried it on for 10 seconds, it’s never been worn or used outside of the home. It’s a solid collar with the handle and has nice padding inside the collar.
