Very vibrant wide leg pants 100% cotton. Elastic waist provides lots of stretch. Never worn, headwrap can be worn as a wrap belt also. I am a true 16 and these fit great. Hung in my closet but never worn. These pants can fit from sizes 12-18 easily with elastic drawstring waist. Measurements: waist to hem 39.5 in./ crotch to hem 25in
