this is the original belt bag by Lululemon so it's slightly different from what most people have... LLL logo is black + the strap is different from the strap that they now make (no loose end). also no LLL tag in front/side. clean interior and exterior, has small signs of wear (scuffs in the right lighting, see second pic) but no damage like tearing, open seams, etc.
