Hi! McQueen usually runs small and an IT 46 is usually a tight 30 or roomy 31. Your size chart is for the ready to wear section - I don’t think these are in. Can you/have you measured flat hip to hip, or can you? My apologies, I’m just thinking they should be between 15-16 (which is my size ).
