Express Faux Wrap Mini Dress, Blue, XS

Super cute, faux-wrap sun dress trimmed with ruffles, in a solid blue color. Hook and eye closure at bust, adjustable spaghetti straps, elastic waistband. Very flattering and so fun to wear. Worn 1 time, many compliments. I also have this exact dress in a red/tropical floral print, and another in a black/floral print.
