I had a return request open by this individual who claimed that the bag was not authentic, and I provided the authenticity COA so they proceeded to rip my bag to actually get a return. mshoneyd LV bags dont rip that way. It looks like an exacto knife was used to rip that strap. if that strap were to rip on its own, it would rip right where the STITCHES. i would refuse the return. that looks like the bag is cut AROUND the strap. KellieCooper basically ruined your bag so you lost money.

gta_designer @mshoneyd I agree! I am shocked even her original photos showed the bag and strap in tact. she panicked and cut the bag to get the return! I am going to refuse the package if this does not get delivered to my door. how can someone go so far to do this! I cant believe it I do have a video I took before I packaged it luckily.

mshoneyd @gta_designer the leather that is used in LV bags is so durable, that almost every bag that will bound to rip, will rip where the stitches are. the photo where there is a big gaping hole is so "precisely squared off" that it is obvious it was cut with an exacto knife. if that bag were to rip on its own, it would be ripped where the stitching is. Not even your bare teeth can rip that leather. it WAS INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED.

gta_designer @mshoneyd I know I have sold hundreds of these bags with no issues and I’m shocked that Poshmark would support somebody who damaged my bag on purpose. I am not staying quiet about this. I will blast the platform on all social media outlets if they do not compensate me for the damage that the buyer has caused

gta_designer @mshoneyd I didn’t know it was possible for someone to actually destroy someone’s property when they showed clear pictures of the bag with the strap fully intact originally and Poshmark did nothing. I feel like everything is run by bots on here there is no way a person would have approved this.

mshoneyd sadly the issue she raised is about the Authenticity. which is proven it is. for whatever reason the picture of the rip seemed so big, that if it really was riped in the first place should have been easily seen in the pictures or original listing. which it wasnt. the fact it looked squared off indicates that it was done with something sharp like an exacto knife. that rip does not look natural. this is Scary.

mshoneyd i just want to let you know, this bag can be *refurbished* the riped area needs to be cleaned and a piece of leather can be used on the inside of the strap to help *close* the gap of the rip. this needs leather glue. a good eye to match the colour of the bag with acrylic paint and sealer. this bag needs an artist. vintage bags like these needs to be conditioned periodically to prevent it from cracking or potential/future pealing.

This is so malicious and uncalled for they should really be screening people before they come on the platform and actually reading the case and seeing the pictures posted originally how could I hide that that’s crazy. gta_designer @mshoneyd thank you for the advice l reached out to Poshmark and they said just send the information and I basically am going to refuse any credits. They try to give me and if they still won’t refund me then I am going to take this to social media and at least give me the money so I can exactly so I can repair the bags. Thank you so much for the tips. I have a local cobbler that I use so hopefully he is able to help me. I am still shocked by all this

gta_designer @mshoneyd @skudro yes it looks like a perfect square. I’m assuming she used a box cutter or knife. I just messaged Poshmark with the photos so hopefully someone else looks at it and they can compensate me before this mess of a bag gets returned to me and this state.

mshoneyd i had bought 2 bags here, they were suppose to match/coordinate and it was sent to me ripped. both of them 2 different sellers. i didnt know how to react about the situation so i just accepted it that the 2 ppl i was dealing with was this way. i was so sad someone did this to me knowingly i purchased the bag to collect, that i didnt have the energy to leave them a bad review or a bad *lovenote* i just pity them that they behave that way.

This person opened up a case with multiple claims against me seeing which one would work and when none of them work, she damaged the bag. mshoneyd @gta_designer im sorry about what happened to your bag, im a bag lover too♡ im sure there must have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding with the item. the bag could be serviced. or if that's a bit expensive you can learn to do it yourself and be an artist. what's damaged sometimes can be mended to a certain degree♡

mshoneyd @gta_designer yup. i kept it. i even lefted 5☆ FEEDBACK/love note. both of them, i was so embarrassed to recieved it. it was the rainbow backpack and the rainbow sidebag. the backpack when it arrived it had 5 inch gapping rip from the ending base of the zipper. plus at the beginning base of the zipper, there were 4 missing teeth on the zipper.

mshoneyd @gta_designer the 2nd one was the square crossbody and it had a gapping rip about 3.5 inches on the back of the bag. she never claimed it. on the photo it looked like the leather was folded. it was fn weird coz it came in a demonia wrapping paper along with pink fluff sheddings. was so dirty i swear lol. creepy...lol

gta_designer @mshoneyd I’m happy there’s good people in this community and that sounds horrible. I would’ve returned that see that’s an actual claim for a return damages that were not mentioned in the listening this case unfortunately with me is just a lesson learned I even took a video and showed them and they still won’t release my payment for the order this is how they run Poshmark I guess
